Refund Policy
‣ Bene India Provides 7 days No Questions Asked Return Policy with no charges except products under reduced to clear.
‣ The item must be in its original condition, unused, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up to get a full refund.
Replacement Policy
Replacement of a product is allowed under the following circumstances:
‣ The customer can replace the product received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement product delivered to the customer.
‣ In case of damaged or defective items delivered, the customer can initiate a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
‣ In case of replacement, the product should be unused and in its original package along with its accessories and tags.
Cancellation Policy
‣ Customer can cancel the order until its dispatched. However, if the product has already been dispatched, the customer can return it with in a period of 7 days from the date of delivery except the products purchased under reduced to sale.
Refund Policy
